At VALHALLA Strength – South Brisbane we believe in educating the members of our gym and our wider community, and so we host FREE workshops once a month. These workshops generally occur on the first Thursday of every month, and are run by our Head Coach, Drew Spriggs, Exercise Physiologist, Tom Haynes, or specialists brought in for your benefit.
